717 Florence St Raleigh, NC 27603

Listing details for 717 Florence St, Raleigh, NC 27603 : This is one of the more famous houses in Boylan Heights, as just about every neighbor knows and loves Banjo the Dog. Sadly, Banjo is relocating and leaving his dream home with south and west exposures and pretty much all-day-long opportunities to lounge and sun in his fenced yard and super-cool private deck out back and fire pit on the side yard. Perched on the very edge of historic Boylan Heights, Banjo can walk to downtown, Dix Park, or even get a canine-appropriate beverage at Wye Hill Brewing or perhaps some BBQ at Sam Jones BBQ. Mostly, Banjo is super sad to leave Boylan Heights and hopes that the new owner will love on this home as much as his mom and dad have. For those interested in details, new roof and gutters in 2022, the windows actually work (not bad for an old house!) and there are actual pomegranate and peach trees in the yard. An awesome shed to solve all your storage and grass-mowing needs and off-street parking for up to three cars.
