Listing details for 1469 Gray Bluff Trl, Chapel Hill, NC 27517 : This property is a great investment opportunity. It's in an established neighborhood on a beautiful wooded acre. The original 2 bedroom cottage was built in 1951. It is now really showing its age and needs a major repair. A 1100 sq. ft. addition was done in 1991 with a full kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms and a separate full bath. Below grade there is a large walk-out basement with a full bath and an unheated workshop. The basement had a moisture problem and the resulting mold will need some remediation.
